About the Role:

    We are seeking a motivated and technically strong intern to join our team for Salesforce AppExchange product development. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on real-world Salesforce applications, contribute to product features, and gain hands-on experience with the Salesforce platform and ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the design, development, and optimization of Salesforce AppExchange products.
  • Write clean, scalable code using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and SOQL.
  • Build and configure Flows, custom objects, and other declarative features in Salesforce.
  • Perform unit testing, debugging, and performance tuning of Salesforce components.
  • Collaborate with team members for code reviews and peer programming.
  • Research and learn independently using resources such as Trailhead and Salesforce documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with Salesforce best practices related to security and governor limits.
  • Support tasks related to managed package development.
  • Assist with integrations.

Must-Have Skills:
  • Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and Salesforce Flows.
  • Strong self-learning ability using Trailhead and other online resources.
  • Solid understanding of core Salesforce Admin concepts.
  • Awareness of Salesforce governor limits and platform security principles.
  • Basic knowledge of Salesforce managed packages.
  • Strong debugging and code optimization skills.
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to perform and participate in code reviews.

Nice-to-Have Skills:
  • Experience or understanding of Salesforce integration with external systems (REST APIs).
  • Familiarity with 1st and 2nd generation managed packages.
  • Exposure to Visualforce and Aura Components.
  • Understanding of the Salesforce AppExchange ecosystem.
  • Knowledge of tools and processes related to Agentforce and AgentExchange.

Preferred Certifications:
  • Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I (PD1)
  • Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator
